How Do I Register My Charter Business?

You can go in the Contact Us (hyperlink) page and sign up to get early access to the app. Once the app is available, you will be able to choose the package that best fits your business needs, choose your charter type, and create your fleet business profile.

Can I Manage Multiple Vessels from One Account?

Yes, you are able to manage multiple vessels at once through our WTRway World app where you have the opportunity to upload a list of boats to your account.

How Do Bookings and Reservations Work?

Everything happens right inside the WTRway app. When passengers find an activity they like, they send a booking request that pops up instantly in your dashboard. You can check the details, assign a captain if needed, and confirm the reservation, all in one place.

You can also plan trips directly in the app by choosing the destination, date, time, and duration to find boats that fit your criteria. In the Customer Relations section, you’ll manage current and past reservations, passenger requests, and booking waivers. Plus, your inbox keeps you updated with notifications for scheduled trips so you never miss a thing.

Can I Add My Own Crew or Assign Captains?

Yes. You can add your own crew members and assign captains to your vessels through the app. Assigned captains will need to download the WTRway World app and use your referral code to connect with your business. Once connected, they will be able to approve and manage trips on your behalf.

Will WTRway World Help Promote My Charter Business?

Yes, we do the marketing for you. We connect you with the right customers who are interested in your boat and service. We have a database of customers available for you.

Can My Team Access the Same Business Account?

At this time, team members cannot access the same business account, and role-based permissions are not yet available. Only the account owner can manage the account. Additional user access and team management features may be introduced in future updates.

Will My Existing Customers Be Able to Book Through WTRway World?

Yes. Your existing customers can book through WTRway World. You can provide them with your unique referral code, which allows them to access and book only your boats and services through the platform.

How Are Customer Bookings Managed?

Once you register and have captains available, you are able to list your boats on the WTRway World app and customers will discover your boats and choose to book a boat with one of your vessels or captains. We will match them to your boat that meets their criteria.

How Are Payments and Commissions Handled?

Payments are processed directly through the WTRway app. Depending on the package you choose, you will receive payments and commission after every boat ride. When a passenger books, WTRway collects the payment, automatically applies the your commission, and sends your earnings through your connected payout account. You are able to see your current balance, what’s pending, and the processed revenue. Everything is tracked in the broker dashboard for full transparency.
